  - Maintained the company network infrastructure (LAN) for 67 users, openning the network sites in three different locations in Russia. Fulfilled integration into company's global network. Sustained security of the organization maintaining antivirus protection of the company's network and protection of remote users and distant offices from unauthorized access via WAN. The compny WAN was based on Internet.
  - Sustained the hardware of the organization as my role assumes LAN system administration with a support of a contract third-party firm.
  - Maintained the local installation of ERP system Microsoft (MBS) Axapta for LLC Sika in its Russian branch for 21 user, my tasks are to implement new functionality for more efficient work of the company’s employee, to add new reports for finance data analysis, to add critical updates from MBS, to fix bugs or implementing new functionality according to the country legislation changes.
  Also my role implies to describe and analyse the company's business processes in Finance and Logistic and find out which processes could be managed by the ERP system automatically in order to reduce a hand work load on users. That was because the system had still gaps in implementation and unused functionality, so in this field I did additional setup of the application parameters such as adding new posting profiles for a new type of items, integration with client-bank system.
  All that tasks are in the finance and logistic series of Axapta.
  Maintained the application and database servers to perform its data backup and security.
  - Maintained the compny's email server, Lotus Notes.
  - Implemented a new software product, CRM system in the organisation. Fulfilled deployment of the system, user's training programme and final support. In the framework of the implementation an integration of the CRM with ERP system was setted up.

  - Installing MBS Axapta in 2 and 3 tier configurations, also through the use of the Intranet. Setting up MS SQL Database server and managing the company’s data.
  - Customizing MBS Axapta I implemented Functional specifications in General ledger, Fixed assets, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Inventory management and Human Resources modules that greatly speeded up the issue of the system to life.

  - Made up the developer’s knowledge base;
  - Improved the system speed by optimizing SQL Server requests to MS SQL database server;
  - Performed MS SQL Server back-end management and optimizations for improving Axapta work;
  - Being responsible for deploying the customized version of the system under the Web I enhanced the performance of the system for several distant departments;
  - Incorporated the latest updates from MBS in our current customized application. I moved the modifications of the MBS Axapta 30 SP1 to SP3 by hand work and then safely connected the working actual database so I saved the data and information for the companies;
