Autobiography

Started my career in komsomol, then university R&D, other labs, till joined SGS. For 15 years I've  been working for this largest inspection and certification company. Spent time in Ukraine, China, Russia and now Kenya; travelled a lot. Started up and developed a number of business wihtin the company. One of my projects made its way to two Group annual reports and still remains the largest account of the respective business in Russia.

    In charge of contract Pre-Export Verification of Conformity of imports to Kenya from SGS zone of responisbility (Americas, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and part of Dar East&Australia). Coordination of execution of the contract with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) by the network of affiliates worldwide. Running Liaison Office (9 staff)Development of business rules. Promoting the programme to general public and various stakeholders. Liaison, relationship management with the client. Training of the staff and client(KEBS). Optimization of business process. Restructuring of operations (centralization of certification in Manila).
    The contract performs 40% above expectations and is best in terms of KPI's.
