- Male/Female, 27– 30 y.o.
- High education (MBA or foreign educational programs would be a plus)
+ 5 relevant experience
- Experience in creation of HR policies and procedures from “scratch” would be a plus
- Pro - active, energetic and stress – resistant person
- Ready for relocation

HR policy and strategic design
- Creation HR strategy & vision and cascading development plans for team members to meet objectives
- KPI system creation and implementation for all departments within the company
- Developed staff competencies by hiring, training and managing individual performance and reward
- Established internal and external candidate networks for managing succession planning and building talent pipelines for key positions identified to meet strategic long term business needs.
- Performance assessment implementation
- Building effective communications between the company departments
- Elaboration of the training plan, follow-up of the budget, organization/planning of the training actions, relationship with the training bodies.
- Managing of hiring and departures and provisional staff management
- Management of the relations with external partners (as well as European recruiting agencies, training and assessment subcontractors)
- Assure the relations with insurance companies for healthcare, disability, administration, etc.
- Management of all the relations with the employees, information meeting, safety plan, etc..
