Education: Bachelors Degree in relevant areas of business, marketing, finance, IT
Experience: 2 or 3 years of experience with technologies and business development, working experience in Telecom or Financial Clearing companies
Skills Strong analytical, research skills, self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision, good negotiation skills, good knowledge of the relevant market, ability to develop strong relationship, analytical and problem solving skills, ability to motivate and inspire others, strong result orientation.
PC user High level of computer literacy, MS Office, Internet, Programmer experience will be as advantage
English – fluent
Personal requirements Excellent communication and presentation abilities, ability to work in a team environment and independently, ambition, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, ability to travel extensively

Business Development Manager
• Create, define new business strategy/plan and follow up to implementation for a payment system (mobile top-up network with telecom operators)
• Assist in determining the sales strategy, market segments, identifying potential clients
• Identify requirements and solutions for new business or client opportunities
• Working with sales and finance teams to create financial models for the entire business development
• Supporting research activities for all business development initiatives
