In the Project Manager role, participated in the Moscow City Treasury Information System Project, responsible for the Docflow modules development.
Lead development of the Prototype for Treasury Information System of Russian Federation. Supervised the team consisting of specialists from SAP, BearingPoint companies (over 20 consultants).
Major duties and responsibilities: Project Plan development, implementation and execution, team building, project establishment and kickoff (procedures, standards, reports, documentation), efforts\relationships coordination between different parts and stakeholders, industry expertise contribution into Solution Development from concept to details (functionality mapping\selection, gap analysis, requests for customizations, environmental requirements and “big picture”, implicit requirements and expectations), change control, risks analysis and management, quality control.
In the Bid Manager role, have lead several bids: Mongolian Ministry of Finance IS, Uzbekistan Ministry of Finance IS (won), Azerbaijan Treasury Information Management System (the last one – in alliance with SAP, won), other nationwide, region and municipal levels bids.
In the Practice Manager role, have, established SAP Practice in the company, developed partnership with SAP, including SMB Partnership, also with Microsoft and others, also developed existing partnership with Oracle CIS. Hired consultants, prepared and supervised training program.
In the Business Analyst role, have performed personally and/or lead analysis of requirements and preliminary mapping for multiple projects/prospects, mostly for the federal, provincial, municipal governments.
