Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of the company’s consolidated accounting, tax and management reports (on monthly basis for internal purposes and on semiannual basis for IFRS and RAS purposes). Created the IPO Information Memorandum and prepared the company for its road show. Managing a group of four economists, 17 Moscow based accountants and 30 chief accountants scattered throughout the Russian regions. Pre-IPO negotiations and company presentation to various London based investment banks and private equity houses.
