  Search for middle and top level candidates in the field of IT/Telecom (Systems Engineers, Project Leaders, Developers, Consultants of ERP: SAP, Oracle, Navision, Axapta).
  Search and vocational evaluation, interviewing, selection of eligible candidates and presentation them to the Company, interaction with candidates and clients during the probation period.
  Working with companies-clients, negotiations, arrangements during the searching and recruiting cycle.
