Total control of orders for trucks and spare parts (placement, approval, payment, shipment, tracing, arrival). Recording, preparing and sending of defected spare parts on warranty terms, control of spare parts stock for warranty purposes. Searching and analyse of new potential foreign suppliers. Business correspondence and communications with the suppliers on any terms. Cooperation with the structures inside the company (account dept., sales dept. of trucks and spare parts, service dept., internal logistics). Preparing and placement the orders of spare parts for an amount of $500 000 to the alternative supplier from Taiwan.
