- Refrigerators production plant Bosch Siemens Hausgerate (BSH), S.Petersburg Russia - Quality Engineer, Product, act as Head of Qality department (from september 2005-09-01 00:00:00.0)
1. Assuring the flawless start of “green field” production facility at Russia. The start of production is scheduled to year 2006.
2. Developing the quality department structure for the new facility.
3. Product development support from QM side - responsible for quality product planning and quality tools implementations witin the project. Voice of the Customers implementation in finish product.
4. Cost of quality elaboration. Targets are set and agreed with the company management.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Post Sales development of the product. Organization and evaluation of the household tests of the products; benchmarking of the products and production from the quality point of view.
6. Planning of the quality department areas at the new factory: quality control points at production, quality audit, and quality / development laboratory. All areas planning was successfully completed and agreed with the start up team.
7. Selection of the equipment suppliers for the quality areas at the new facility – total budget of department invest is more than 1 mln euro; Negotiating technical and economical details of the supply, service agreements and suppliers evaluation matrix.
8. Localization of the production – contacting and negotiating the quality targets with the local suppliers. Presentation of the BSH Supplier quality requirements for potential Suppliers, LCC supply development.
9. SAP Quality Key User and responsible for QM module Go-Live; testing of SAP function in quality areas, Preparation of SAP training for Quality personnel.

Projects completed:
1. Factory extension start up: factory extension was successfully completed 2 weeks ahead of plan in March 2004; personnel achievements during start up were honored by the company management.
2. New type of product start up launch at the subcontractor facility: product was successfully launched in full accordance to the Wrigley requirements and according to the schedule.
3. New product launches at the factory: 25 new types or flavors of products successfully launched in total; one of the new product launches was mentioned as “distinguished achievements” by the Wrigley Corporate Marketing Leadership Team in 2003.
3. Lean Manufacturing project: 5S system successfully implemented in routine practice; quality support and expertise of “I Suggest” (Kaidzen) program; leader of TPM implementation in quality department; maintenance and audit of Visual Management program at shop flour; Quality Continuous Improvement program factory leader, overall cost saving of 50000$ in 2003 – 2004.
Team leader duties and achievements:
1. Leading of Quality Innovation / Performance team, budgeting: supervise the team of 6 persons.
2. Quality System development and maintenance at the Factory:
- HACCP system: Factory certified by the Wrigley as full HACCP compliance facility.
- GMP: GMP implemented, all factory personnel, 450 persons are trained vs. GMP requirements annually; auditing of the GMP practices conducted daily by team members; in 2004 Factory showed 99% compliance to Wrigley GMP requirements – 2nd best of all 18 Wrigley Factories.
- Wrigley Quality Management System: conducted 9 internal quality audits; all observation are followed by the corrective actions, in total 20 recognized corrective actions taken as results of audits; for the period of 2003- 2004 no market or customer product quality complaint received by the factory; quality related loses reduced in 2004 by 25% in comparison to 2003 results.
3. Suppliers Quality Audits: 3 supplier and subcontractor quality audits conducted in 2004; 1 external supplier qualified as Wrigley supplier.
4. Customer feedback and Nonconformance systems development: Complaint system implemented – 5 procedures of complaint handling and reoccurrence preventing are implemented in routine practice; System of Nonconformance (NCR) handling and NCR follow up developed and lead, the system mentioned as the best of its kind at all Wrigley Production Factories. - Tuebingen University, Germany - Laboratory Assistant, Geochemistry laboratory (1999-11-01 00:00:00.0 - 2002-06-01 00:00:00.0)
