* Planning of iteration scopes;
* Assign tasks for team members
* Facilitate team communications;
* Writing specifications, create code reviews;
* Ensure that all software releases are completed by the deadline;
* Communication with customers. Take a part in requirement gathering.
* Reporting about status of the development process;
* Manage 10+ team (9 developers, 1 configuration manager and 1 business analytic)
