Technical documentation creating: functional requirements specifications, configuration management plans, test plans and test cases. Project internal audit. Communication with Customers. Full cycle test automation using XP and RUP methodologies. Project Management – last 7 months.
  Work description: I was in charge of testing and development processes establishment. A wide range of documentation, that describes all aspects of development and testing processes in the company. Wireless project maintenance as addition role. One of the responsibilities was to hold the final meeting with a project group in order to discuss elicited problems and proposals to their resolving. Test campaigns planning and management. I was in charge of all testing process automation for all projects. My last experience in Project Management proved me self-organization to be in time with coordinated projects.
  Results: As result the new development process was organized for a 1.5 year. We were ready to start certification processes for ISO and CMM3 levels in development. Gemplus was my 1st big step into the Telecom industry.
