  Covering all Technologial aspects of Core Networks with limited number of people.

  Core Network Solutions is group of 7 Technical Project Managers (TPM) plus small team (2) "Core Network Engineering" (CNE).
  Technical Project Managers organized with matrix structure: each has as product, so project allocation. So, TPMs are fully responsible for interworking with Product Management and for operational part of the projects.
  CNE supports them with QoS measurments and IP network architecture.
  This way
  ~10 First Off projects are supported (NGN Ural, FMC Ukraine, NGN Kazakhstan, NGN Georgia, NGN Moscow...)
  ~10 different products/solutions are covered (NGN, UMA, IMS, 2G/3G MSC, IN/VAD, SORM,...)
