3. Developed and documented workflow baseline to be used in Minsk department, prepared marketing materials to facilitate company’s marketing strategies as to find new customers, projects and orders.

communication with Toronto office, determining the priority of the tasks to be done both in testing and technical writing departments, solving organizational and administrative questions in Minsk team’s office, final testing of applications before they are sent to Toronto office, writing user manuals for the applications either in DOC or CHM file format in English, making dataflow diagrams, making descriptions of program modules in HTML for our company’s WEB site.
Basic work achievements:
1. Worked out communication standards and approaches for the testing team to interact with technical writers for the latter to collect all project-relevant information.
2. Worked out style sheets and standards of writing technical documentation to be used by all technical writers for all company’s projects.
