  Learned to be very precise and accurate with data and the same time to follow the deadlines. Strengthened my professional language skills and got familiarized with various accounting software. Developed an understanding of “professional skepticism”.

  Developed the assigned area including installation of a new management system and the achievement of the prospected savings. Implemented the business projects targeting operational costs reduction and improvement of staff behavior according to PD`s instructions. Co-trained client’s staff, improved my knowledge of MS Office products, presentation skills, learned to train people starting from workers ending with head of departments. Improved both written and oral communication skills, improved sales skills, strengthened self-motivation.
  During this period I received an Operations Orientation Certificate of the IMPAC University.
