Coordinate IT equipment bid preparation based on technical necessities, available logistics, cost effectiveness, process optimization and legal requirements. Compelling technical programs for IT equipment upgrade, work execution programs and scheduled operations based on logistical, personnel and material requirements. Assist to request and extend RF licenses to operate radio systems. Coordinate trunking radio system configuration upgrade.
