GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES BLOCK:
- The information and data gathering and analysis in order:
---> to build and maintain financial models for the valuation of the covered companies;
---> to build information data bases;
---> to write the contributions for equity daily news product;
---> to prepare the overviews of the covered sectors and express-overviews (or desk-notes) of certain companies;
---> to prepare the intimate researches of the issuers, which are covered by analyst;
- The DCF valuation models building and developing, the relative valuation based on company's peers carrying out, the stock performance analysis;
- The formation and maintaining the intimate understanding of the covered sector drivers and issues to form an integrated investment view and strategy;
- An assistance for the head of research and specialists from sales department in the developing of equity trading ideas and promotion of company's services;
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES BLOCK:
- Daily news coverage for about the ten major equities as well as monitor major global peers;
- The contributions preparation within the sectors and companies, which the analyst covers, for the equity product daily publications meant for distribution among subscribers and clients of the company;
- The join daily morning meeting of analytical, sales and broker departments participation. The key news, information and comments presentation concerning the events around the companies or sectors, covered by the analyst. An active participation in the discussion of the debatable questions and situations.
MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND ANNAUAL RESPONSIBILITIES BLOCK:
- The equity researches of the public trading companiescovered by analyst (by the sectors of economy), preparation with the following update on the quarterly/annual base or in the case of the appearing of significant events, which might affect the equity value;
- The overviews of sectors, covered by the analyst, preparation on the quarterly/annual base;
- The issues, corresponding to the covering sectors, preparation for the annual equity guide book of the Ukrainian issuers publishing.

- Marketing surveys and reviews preparation of: mining industry, metallurgical industry, chemical-recovery industry, chemical industry, oil industry, heavy engineering industry, natural constructional material industry;
- Marketing surveys and reviews preparation of following world markets: agricultural production, chemical fertilizer market, some sectors of agricultural equipment;
- Analytical reviews and surveys preparation of market leading companies, «business dossier» preparation and maintaining;
- Active participation in valuation of power supply and petrochemical industries investment possibilities;
- Analytical review preparation of Mergers&Aquisitions strategies on certain markets in Ukraine and Russia;
- Analyzing and monitoring of state structures regulatory activities which are authorized to regulate activity relevant to financial sector;
- Investment proposal development and preparation relevant to abilities for Initial Public Offering (IPO) for Ukrainian companies with detailed overview of IPO algorithm on NYSE, LSE (AIM), with describing of strategy phases for company value increase, with describing of successful IPO experience in Russia obtained by companies from similar economic sectors etc.;
- Financial and analytical investment projects valuation (including calculation of Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) etc.);
- Investment projects budgeting (forecast of Cash Flows Statement, Balance Sheet, Income&Loss Statement);
- Calculation and consolidation of debts, penalty provision calculation for court and actional purposes;

- Marketing surveys and reviews preparation;
- «Business-dossier» preparation and maintaining;
- New business directions and projects preliminary investment valuation;

- Marketing surveys and reviews preparation;
- Participation in investment projects development and market segments investment attractiveness estimation;
- Skills of huge information range from a broad spectrum of sources processing and its structuring according to specified survey goal;
