  - Management of a Systems Engineers team.
  Managed a distributed team of systems engineers (testers), responsible for the quality of different Epicor products, including iScala 2.2 ERP software, Epicor Business Portal, Epicor Service Connectivity etc. Migrated a large part of the testing process from manual to automatic testing procedures;
  - Testing of Epicor ERP software.
  On a daily basis, performed testing of the system part of the Epicor|Scala software line. Created a number of auto-test scripts, using both home-grown software and Rational Robot. Supported test environments to test the software on different OS/DB versions, and in different network configurations.
