What to do:
To provide first class customer service to all Export accounts of our print and converting faciltiy in Domodedovo/Moscow Region we are looking today for experienced export specialist for the role of Customer Service Representative - Tobacco Converting.
Responsibilities:
To administrate all Export orders which includes, order entry, acknowledgement, amendment, invoicing and credit note queries.
To manage the fulfilment by liaising with any internal department necessary to ensure that customer requirements are dealt with effectively. This will include pre-press, design, production, quality, the warehouse, planning, and finance.
To take responsibility of preparing correct Export documentation.
To follow up all Export paperwork relevant to custom issues, taxation, order tracking and supply chain.
To initiate, drive and oversee the Export process with reference to particular project. Oversee all export freight, liaise with the warehouse and hauliers to ensure goods arrive in a timely fashion.
To complete rebate schedules and provide customers with monthly returns and stock figures, as required.
To liaise with our Customers in Ukraine, Belorussia, Uzbekistan, Serbia on different Supply Chain optimization projects.
To support any claim management issues.
To take part in any continues improvement process initiatives
To manage own part of ERP system and to participate in new system replacement and/or improvements of the existing systems.
To support of field Sales in pre-sales phase.
