- Supervision of preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Control over financials of subsidiary companies prepared in accordance with IFRS;
- Reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer, member of Board of Directors;
- Communication with external auditors (Big 4) (IFRS and Russian statutory audit) and rating agencies;
- Coordination with other departments for purposes of IFRS reporting;
- Develop and update policies and procedures of preparation of financials in accordance with IFRS;
- Managing of department (4 subordinates), including staffing and training/coaching.

- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRSs.
- Preparation of group reporting packages.
- Development of accounting policy in accordance with IFRSs.

- 5 years of experience in the field of international accounting of banks and financial companies, including development and implementation of accounting policies and internal control procedures in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and international accounting and reporting.
- Audit projects for international and domestic investment and banking structures: planning, budgetary system, risk assessment and monitoring, cost management.
- Supervising the group of auditors (2-4), including staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training/coaching and developing subordinates.
- Preparation of financial statements for banks and financial companies in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including group reporting packages and standalone/consolidated financial statements for banks and financial companies.
