-Managing Value-Added products (SMS and MMS) with total revenues exceeding $200 million. Due to market-segmented approach and balanced price policy revenues increased by 160% in 2004;
-Pioneered forming common messaging space (SMS and MMS interoperability among mobile networks) on the whole territory of Russia that opened the unique possibility of exchanging text and picture messages amid all mobile operators. This initiative allowed to raise additional $30 million revenue annually;
-Developed Strategy on launching, promoting and developing MMS service in the market. The number of active consumers of the service has reached 1million users thanks to successfully implemented series of marketing campaigns (e.g. “PhotoBienalle2004-2005”);
-Successfully developed and implemented the strategy on Mobile Internet through the number of initiatives: “GPRS4All” Project and special tariff plans.
