Skills: skills of creation of IT Service; skills of creation and/or realization of IT policy; skills of arrangement of IT support according to ITIL procedures; skills of creation and/or realization of IT security policy; skills of accounting of IT Service; strong management skills (including management of human resources and negotiations skills).
Accomplishments: our customers are supplied with any necessary IT resources; they use any preferences of outsourcing; the number of our customers were grown significantly.
