• Co-operating with Marketing (Brand/Category managers) / CI Headquarters & other functions if relevant to identify business issues & convert them into the Consumer Insights Request (CIR);
• Briefing the research agencies in accordance with the agreed CIR to obtain the offer for a specific project;
• Based on the agencies’ offers recommending the optimal method to address the business issues through marketing research;
• Supervising agencies on all stages of the project development (contract negotiations & signing, sample definition, questionnaire/guide preparation, fieldwork quality control, report preparation & presentation of the results to the internal Client’s);
• Executing the developed plan of the market research project for the Chocolate Confectionery category & brands ensuring the timely execution of the projects & compliance of the projects with the Kraft Foods quality standards;
• Support Marketing & other functions in the brands strategies & business plans development through providing respective consumer related information from various types of the market research studies for a Chocolate Confectionery category & brands;
• Supporting & training marketing & other functions if relevant on the Suppliers’ software usage; providing additional analyses of the data obtained from market research both in-house & through agencies;
• Communicating the studies’ results to Marketing & other functions in the format of formal presentations, executive summaries, other types of standard reports, as well as meetings & discussions with respective parties in order to ensure the most efficient usage & proper interpretation of the research findings.
