Project: Sakhalin – II Off-shore pipe line and cabling.
Main Duties: participation in elaboration of the budget and estimation of capital investments of the project. Negotiations with the vendors and contractors of the branch. Collaboration with Procurement department, work with the custom formalities.
As Finance controller my main duties include finance control and budget implementation, accounting policy creation and fulfilling, management reporting and general Finance administration.
Since my starting as Finance controller I have been involved in all aspects of non-resident company’s activity:
• Organizing cash flow and budget structure of the divisions of the branch and representative office in RF.
• Establishing internal regulations and procedures.
• Work with the sub-contractors and client. Collecting of related information about competitors and prices on the russian market
• Financial monitoring of the project. Interim/Milestone certificate issuing and work progress evaluation. Management reporting to the HO.
• Vendors and suppliers data base collecting and review of marketing preferability.

Project: Blue stream Russia – Turkey gas trunk pipe line
As part of my Finance Management course, I undertook a full time placement within the Finance and accounting function of the branch in RF. As well as providing Finance administration I also assisted in elaboration of the branch’s budget / estimation cost / planning / tax policy and tax risk structure minimization, introduced company with sub-contractors and state bodies.
Responsibilities and current duties were: preparation of branch cash flow, preparation of monthly payment schedule, budget of the branch and financial flash. Monthly reporting to the HO, following up to the Cost Control and realization of the budget against of each department of the branch. Match incoming invoices with contractual terms.
Assistance to Procurement manager with local suppliers of the project consumption materials and fixed assets. Coordination of logistic plan and cash flow of the branch.
