Финансовый анализ бизнеса на основе US GAAP

Основные шаги системного анализа:

  • Приведение бухгалтерской документации, составленной по законодательству РФ, в соответствие с US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles of the United States);
  • Модификация (компоновка) полученных данных бухгалтерской отчетности для дальнейшего анализа;
  • Анализ финансовой отчетности.
    • Анализ коэффициентов:
      • ликвидности;
      • управления активами;
      • управления долгами;
      • рентабельности;
      • рыночной стоимости;
    • Анализ тенденций изменения коэффициентов;
    • Горизонтальный анализ (представление статей баланса в виде процента от общей суммы активов, а статей отчета о прибылях и убытках – в виде процента от общей суммы продаж);
    • Вертикальный анализ (анализ процентных изменений показателей статей баланса и отчета о прибылях и убытках в течение ряда лет по отношению к году, выбранному в качестве базового);

После проведения анализа, появляются все необходимые данные для прогнозирования результатов работы бизнеса, которые руководители и инвесторы могут использовать для:

  • Оценки совпадения прогнозируемых результатов с ожиданиями акционеров и с основными целями бизнеса;
