Responsibilities:
Managing all the aspects of a start-up software company. This includes software project management, budgeting, funding, sales, public relations, building relationships with customers and partners. The company provided software development and support services for business clients. The key area of expertize was an Open Source enterprise software.

- Established the start-up company (found the business idea, prepared business plan, gathered the team, found the sources of funding);
- Developed a product (ERP system based on Open Source software);

Responsibilities:
Managing technical and marketing activities with key European independent software vendors (ISVs). This includes
- Serving as main Intel’s technical contact for ISVs;
- Acting as technical expert, consultant, analyst for ISVs;
- Providing software performance optimization services including on-site and off-site technical jobs;
- Managing projects including product definition, composition of “statement of work”, job scheduling, holding regular technical meetings with teams, resource allocation (people and equipment), progress tracking and reporting;
- Preparing demos, benchmarks and case studies;
- Coaching developers by way of training sessions and presentations conducted on-site and during industrial events (Intel Developer Forum, TechEd, GDC, etc.);
