 evaluation of an array of Ukrainian enterprises (comparison with multiplies, DCF models);
 preparing and presentation of industrial researches;
 elaborating and tracking of investment projects (incl. negotiations with owners, project budget estimating, presentation of a project etc.);
 searching for investment goals.
Achievements
1. An insurance company had been purchased on a base of my valuation and Due-Diligence managing.
2. A big database which includes the main financial information of several hundred Ukrainian enterprises had been created.

 projects investment attractiveness calculation;
 complex analyzing of economic activity of different enterprises and their subdivisions;
 elaboration of enterprise’s budget;
 overviews and researches of different markets, including country/market situation analysis;
 Stock exchange activity.
Achievements:
1. Had created documents (Business Plan and Development Concept) which were a part of a pocket of Competition documentation for privatizing of a large ship-building factory on the South of Ukraine. Our company won this competition.
2. Several start-up projects had been financed on a base of my business-plans.
