Leadership of Application & Software department (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan).
Responsibilities: Solving questions which appear during project implementation, negotiation with customer, follow rules and work flows (filling necessary documents IT systems). Check the whole process, the quality and the efficiency; whether customer satisfy with our work and equipment or not. Arrange work to employees.
As engineer:
Supervising and engineering of several WIN, UIN and FIN projects in different countries (Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan). Installing hardware and software debugging.
