    I’m responsible for running the company. I coordinate the work of all departments and set objectives. The owners of the company and I decide what these objectives should be and how the company can achieve them. I decide how the resources of the company are to be used, how the work is to be classified and divided. Furthermore, I select people for the jobs to be done and motivate them. Having set targets and standards, I have to measure the performance of the company’s staff in relation to our targets.
