     Launch of Herbal White Toothpaste (November 2001). Became the best seller since launched. Got more than 2 points of incremental market share 4 months after launch (ACNielsen data).
     Revamp of the whole Colgate Toothbrush portfolio (October 2001) in order to keep leadership in the Russian market. Colgate toothbrushes have obtained 40% of market share and have become the ultimate leader in the market (ACNielsen data 2005).
     Launch of Triple Action Toothpaste (December 2000). Became #2 toothpaste in Colgate portfolio.
     Various market & consumer research projects with different Russian agencies, both qualitative & quantitative (CUAS: Oral Care Habits; product concept test; product formula test - home placement; focus groups on various issues, mainly on advertising; AdTesting)
