  Job description:
  - Responsible for the Ukrainian Reward Information unit - budgeting and planning the activity of the Hay Reward Information Department on the Ukrainian market;
  - Recruiting new consultants, personnel coaching;
  - Conduction trainings, Job Pricing, Reward analysis, Job Mapping (Classification) sessions, Job Evaluation, C-Sort;
  - Creating the system of clients attraction and retention based on being insightful;
