• Responsible for recruiting multiple functional areas, including finance/accounting, marketing, sales, project management, and IT
• Solid experience in project managment ERP specialists sourcing (PMP, PMI)
• A proven expertise in managing the recruitment lifecycle, particularly the sourcing and closing of professional level candidates,
• I have a good understanding of what it takes to recruit not only middle managers but also high-level executives
• experience with recruiting and candidate development in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
• Sourcing candidates using a wide variety of vehicles - to include internet sourcing and mining, advertising and internet posting, and direct sourcing(headhunting), research in house database of candidates for specific job openings
• Monitor and provide periodic reports on all staffing activities
