  - Lead the system's support department (6 FTE); drive server support & server technology development; most of IT infrastructure development -- SAN, storage systems;
  - Projects: Lead the IT part Delta bank integration to GE, lead GE systems and standards implementation in IT infrastructure area; COB, DR & ILM processes development; CITRIX implimentation.
  - Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy to support existing business and growth;
  - Compile and manage IT infrastructure budget;
