  •Analyze and fix defects reported from the field for a large scale billing product
  •Work closely with product support to understand how the product is performing in the field
  •Work with development to resolves immediate issues and to improve both the product and the process for overall product quality
  •Analyze field problems which may span multiple sub systems
  •Facilitate communication between subsystems developers to resolve interface problems
  •Analysis System outages and provide root cause analysis
