  Working in support team and providing support for a list of Deutsche Bank EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) applications.
  Key technologies: UNIX, DBMS Oracle 9i, 10g, EMC Documentum, BEA Weblogic, JMS, Scanning solution of Kofax.
  Main responsibilities includes:
  - 2nd and 3rd line support for a list of EDMS applications.
  - PL/SQL Development
  - problems investigation and checking system behaviour against requirements
  - bug fixing and theirs implementation on UAT and then to production applications.
  - preparation of remedy scripts, patches and raising request to another department of Deutsche Bank
  - Custom report creation for business management.
